Job duties:
? Sort, open, organize, process and input Lockbox remittance with high degree of accuracy and efficiency
? Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
? Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
? Maintain established production and accuracy standards
? Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Site Manager
? Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements: ? 1+ year of payment processing experience -OR- experience working at a HIPAA compliant facility -OR- experience working for a financial institution -OR- lockbox experience ? Ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline oriented environment. ? Requires the ability to read and follow instructions. ? Ability to work under limited supervision. ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ? Must be computer literate ? Must be proficient using 10-key pad ? Must have basic math skills. ? Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. ? High school diploma required ? Background check required ? Drug screening required
