• 1099 Pay Structure in all States where it is legally permitted

• Payout within 24-48 hours after funding

• 100% Commission based position

Responsibilities:
• Originate, originate, originate

• Develop a targeted client based of buyers, realtors and other potential clients
• Collect and analyze prospective buyer income, assets and liabilities, and loan application documents to determine creditworthiness
• Structure Loans according to Agency and Investor guidelines and counsel borrowers to understand the different loan products to determine which best fits their needs
• Communication with clients, realtors, and all pertinent parties to ensure a smooth and on-time closing

Experience and Skills:

• MUST have at least 1 active NMLS License

• MUST be working as an active MLO for at least 1 year

• Position is perfect for those MLO's closing 2-5 deals a month and looking to really ramp up their production
• Knowledge of loan processing, financial services, Agency guidelines, real estate contracts
• An ambitious professional, looking for opportunity and career advancement
• Strong mathematical skills is a plus
• Capacity to originate & fund high volume

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and representing different areas of the transaction
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess situations quickly and take appropriate action
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pass both a credit and criminal background check
• English Proficiency. Spanish/Portuguese/French a Plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $750,000.00 per year
