What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide advanced support for the employer's interface infrastructure and application software
? Serve as a subject matter expert for interface projects, ensuring compliance with best practices and policies
? Address and resolve incidents and requests, logging all interactions and engaging additional resources as necessary
? Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding outages, planned maintenance, and support issues
? Maintain and update the solutions database, ensuring accurate logging and tracking of incidents from identification through resolution

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a relevant field
? Proficiency in managing/programming interface engines
? Knowledge of hospital equipment and programs, including SHA Information Systems
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate's degree in a computer science-related field
? Experience managing/programming API technologies
? Background in database administration
? Familiarity with customer support processes and techniques
