Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Careers Manager to join our team remotely in the UK. The Careers Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving Disney talent acquisition strategies and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: ? * Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ? * Proven experience as a recruitment manager or similar role, preferably in a large, diverse organization. ? * In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding. ? * Strong understanding of UK employment laws and regulations. ? * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. ? * Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. ? * Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Experience: ? * Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. ? * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ? * Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus. ?
