? Ensure the rebate processing, contact center, and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice to internal clients.
? Relay key program changes, provide progress updates, ensure reporting is accurate and complete, monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance, present new innovations, and help develop and drive process improvements.

Requirements: ? 5-8 years of relevant industry experience ? Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience. ? Experience with Salesforce preferred.
