Your Role:

Key responsibilities are as follows:
? Collaborate within the AI & Data Operations team to optimize processes and ensure smooth workflows.
? Engage in cross-team initiatives to maintain alignment and strategic impact.
? Participate in one of three areas: Engagement & Communications, Project Management, or Business Operations.
? Create content, plan events, and foster team engagement.
? Assist in project planning, tracking, and Agile model implementation.
? Analyze business processes and manage projects for operational efficiency.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have:
? A passion for creative storytelling and collaboration in Engagement & Communications.
? Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools for Project Management.
? An analytical mindset and experience in process improvement for Business Operations.
? Rising senior status or recent graduate in relevant fields such as Communications, Management Information Systems, or Operations Research.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $30-35/hr. Overtime exempt. No discretionary or sales bonuses. Benefits include healthcare and more.
