We are seeking a dedicated Client Services professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services and SaaS, with a strong understanding of market dynamics. This role involves managing client accounts, utilizing Salesforce, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities
? Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
? Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions and manage accounts effectively
? Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
? Manage projects related to client services, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
? Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and issues
? Communicate effectively with clients to build strong relationships and foster trust
? Conduct account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Experience
? Proven experience in financial services or related industry
? Familiarity with SaaS products and services
? Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth
? Proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce
? Experience in project management is a plus
? Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
