Requirements: ? Active P&C License: Valid Property & Casualty insurance license required. ? Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales, specifically in P&C. ? Customer Service: Strong communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients. ? Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other office technology tools. ? Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and review policy documents and claims with accuracy. ? Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. ? Problem Solving: Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
