The Mortgage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Real Estate department, focusing on strategy development, product management, and compliance with regulations. This role involves leading a team, ensuring operational goals are met, and enhancing member experiences through effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
? Lead and supervise Real Estate department personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

? Ensure organizational, operational, and sales growth goals are achieved, with timely loan processing and compliance with investor guidelines.

? Participate in the research and development of products and services to meet Credit Union needs.
,
? Improve member experience through technology and efficient processes.
,
? Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver optimal service to members.
,
? Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

? Maintain confidentiality of member, employee, and Credit Union information.
Requirements
? Associate's degree in an applicable field and minimum 4 years of work experience in a Manager-level role, or High School Diploma/GED and minimum 6 years of experience in a Manager-level role.

? Track record of leading and coaching teams to achieve high results in lending and service delivery.

? Knowledge of residential underwriting, loan servicing, and investor guidelines.
,
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
,
? Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
,
? Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
,
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
