Responsibilities of a Medicare Sales Representative at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina:
Develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to provide information and assistance with navigating the complexities of the Medicare market.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in order to address customer needs.
Generate and follow-up on leads in order to increase sales.
Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote products and services.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes regarding Medicare services.
