Salesforce QA Tester

? The Salesforce QA/Tester is responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and functionality of Salesforce applications.
? This role involves meticulous testing processes and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
? Responsibilities include test planning, execution, defect management, automation testing, performance testing, and reporting.
? Collaborates in Agile processes and continuous improvement of testing practices.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. ? Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus. ? Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications. ? Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations. ? Proficiency in using testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or other automation frameworks. ? Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail. ? Familiarity with Salesforce-specific testing tools, such as Apex Test Execution and Developer Console. ? Knowledge of APIs and tools for testing API-based integrations. ? Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify, isolate, and resolve defects efficiently. ? Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them. ? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills to document testing activities and present results to stakeholders. ? Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. ? Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment. ? Experience testing Salesforce Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and custom Apex code is preferred. ? Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint-based development cycles is preferred. ? Experience in performance and load testing tools and techniques is preferred. ? Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment/testing tools is preferred.
