Warehouse Automation Supervisor

Job Summary:

This position involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and coordination of resources to maximize equipment uptime and support the operational goals. The supervisor will manage a team of maintenance persoel, ensuring they are properly trained, efficient, and safety-conscious while maintaining high performance in automated systems such as conveyors, electrical, and mechanical control systems.

Qualifications and Experience:
? Education: Technical degree and/or skill-based licensing preferred.
? Experience:Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training in technical leadership, specifically in automated systems maintenance.Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated handling systems, including conveyor systems.Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and managing a maintenance department.
? Skills:Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical control systems.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.Ability to use diagnostic instruments for troubleshooting electrical systems and complex control systems.Strong communication skills to engage with various levels of the organization and customers.Ability to write routine reports and manage team performance through CMMS.
? Environment: Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, ambient lighting, and varying climate conditions. The role may require occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
