The Strategic Account Advisor plays a crucial role in the growth and retention of existing accounts, focusing on upselling higher-level products and services tailored to the size and scope of the business. This position is hybrid, requiring the candidate to reside within 50 miles of Waukesha, WI, and involves both office and remote work expectations. The advisor is expected to achieve retention and growth targets by executing a well-defined sales process, cultivating trust-based relationships, and developing a comprehensive understanding of client needs and priorities. In this role, the advisor acts as a consultative partner, collaborating with brokers, consultants, and key decision-makers to develop business plans that address the specific needs of brokers and clients. The advisor will also conduct educational sessions for brokers and agencies on relevant topics, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to make decisions. As the primary contact for customers, the advisor coordinates with internal partners to meet and exceed client expectations, driving opportunities for additional growth and product sales. The position requires the ability to learn and become familiar with industry products at local, state, and federal levels, continuously updating knowledge in a rapidly changing environment. With general supervision, the advisor provides account management knowledge to various group sizes and is encouraged to seek guidance from leadership and team members when necessary.
Responsibilities
? Achieve retention and growth targets through execution of the sales process.

? Continuously update knowledge of industry and products at local, state, and federal levels.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.

? Minimum of 2 years of sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

? Sales license and appointment required where necessary upon hire or must be obtained within sixty (60) days of hire.
