St. Mary's Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Full Time LPN for Homecare revisits. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling opportunities, with benefits starting from day one. As a Home Care LPN, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and your clinical knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients requiring one-to-one attention and monitoring in their homes. Responsibilities include client assessment, care planning, intervention, and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes. The LPN will follow physician orders and comply with the state's Nurse Practice Act, licensure/certification requirements, and organizational policies and procedures. The position is based in Athens, GA, and requires a graduate of an accredited or state-approved school of practical nursing, licensure as an LPN in Georgia, and a minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting, with home care experience preferred. Phlebotomy and wound care experience are required, and candidates must have passed the National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or an equivalent medication exam before administering medications.
