You will be the Financial Analyst for the IRST Program team, collaborating with a team of Cost Management analysts to drive program success. Our team is responsible for managing program costs, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day cost management activities, including establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis. You will also play a key role in forecasting orders, sales, profit, and cash flow for assigned contracts, providing critical financial insights to support program objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
? Establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, and conducting cost analysis
? Performing risk and opportunity analysis, variance explanations, and recommending corrective actions as required
? Forecasting orders, sales, profit, and cash flow for assigned contracts
? Supporting Long Range Plan formulation, E&Y inquiries, Tax questions, Progress Billing audits, and Contract Closeout
? Participating in weekly program meetings and presenting data to Lockheed Martin Senior ManagementWhy Join Us

This position is in Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start. Basic Qualifications: ? Self-starter, resourceful, a problem solver ? Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills ? Attention to detail and accuracy ? Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment ? Experience with budgeting and providing explanation of variances ? Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
