We are innovating value-based care and leveraging integrated applications, population insights and staffing expertise to ensure all patients have access to high-quality, connected care services that provide better outcomes at a reduced total cost of care.Job DescriptionEMPLOYER: Village Practice Management Company, LLC DBA VillageMDJOB POSITION: Manager, Practice ImplementationLOCATION: 1 Diamond Hill Road, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922PAY RANGE: $155,542 ? $175,000 per yearDUTIES: Plan, initiate, and manage projects to implement VillageMD data extraction technologies across multiple Electronic Medical Record (?EMR?) systems; oversee projects to increase the portfolio of data pipelines into the VillageMD platform through creative solutioning with external partners (vendors and/or consultants) and VillageMD engineers; communicate issues and coordinate updates with payers across multiple markets; monitor payer file arrivals on set cadence, reaching out to payers, and communicating delays to relevant teams; develop a robust data quality pipeline tailored for payer integration; monitor payer file loads and handling failures in a timely manner; create reference tables for payer contracts; develop a data model for VBC contracts; coordinate and oversee the work of internal and external project contributors to ensure project success; manage projects to enable secure data sharing solutions and systems access for VillageMD Operations and Analytics Teams; oversee the establishment of EMR connectivity for data acquisition through collaboration with practice partners; manage multiple client implementations simultaneously in accordance with implementation plans, appropriately prioritizing projects in accordance with business objectives and adhering to project budgets, schedules, and scopes; monitor and track project milestones and deliverables; allocate project work between internal and external project contributors; assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to contributors; monitor contributor performance and provide appropriate feedback to ensure project quality and timeliness; implement a good understanding of biological data quality to ensure project deliverables adhere to the company?s quality standards and meet customer requirements; create management tools and workflows to track and monitor data ingestion project milestones and delivery projects; own assigned data implementation projects working cross-functionally with the Technology, Market Launch, Population Health Operations, and Analytics Teams to enable the VillageMD Technology platform; assess the needs of current and future VillageMD customers and then consult with new EMR, payer, and other data sharing partners to initiate new data acquisition projects that would benefit customers based on their feedback, using a professional understanding of biological data quality; oversee the acquisition, quality assurance, and normalization of data sets from new sources into the VillageMD data model using a professional understanding of biological data quality, usefulness to customers, and alignment with company business and healthcare objectives; confer with VillageMD engineers and vendors/consultants to identify and resolve project problems and delays and modify projects as necessary through an exercise of managerial judgment; lead meetings with internal and external project contributors to monitor and coordinate projects; assess projects to determine if additional resources are needed and propose changes to projects accordingly; regularly report on project status and completion to senior VillageMD executives. Tools/skill used in the course of the position: Microsoft Office Suite, SSMS, Toad, IBM Cognos, JIRA, SQLServer, MSSQL, Postgres, and SnowFlake. Position may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.REQUIREMENTS: This position requires at least a Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, or a closely related field and at least three (3) years of experience in business analysis / system development (any title) for healthcare technology including at least one (1) year of experience in managing implementation projects, developing data reporting, maintaining databases and dashboards, supporting reporting modules, identifying/reporting potential patient safety or HIPAA issues to appropriate team, implementing effective workflows, and providing guidance and direction to subordinates. In lieu of a Bachelor?s degree, the employer will accept two (2) years of experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Technology, or a closely related field. Position may telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.For Colorado Residents only: This is an exempt position. The base compensation range for this role is $155,542 ? $175,000.
