The purpose of this position is to provide customer support to resolve system issues, process system transactions, conduct system checks, provide system access and perform updates to various maintenance files. ? Provides customer support pertaining to maintenance, processing, and issuance of automated insurance transactions including interaction with other SS and IT partners to develop solutions for front-end and back-end processing errors.
