Responsibilities
? Provide Level 2 support for sophisticated technical issues.

? Troubleshoot network and printer problems using remote control tools.

? Build and deploy operating system images and push software updates using Intune and SCCM.

? Lead and support Office 365 applications and coordinate Intune environments.

? Handle device identities across Azure AD, Hybrid Azure AD, and On-Prem scenarios.

? Update and clean up asset management systems and maintain software and hardware inventories.

? Own the deployment of software releases and system upgrades via Intune.

? Perform diagnostic testing and apply remote control tools for troubleshooting.

? Communicate effectively with technical personnel, executives, and managers.

? Support video/audio conferencing requests.
Requirements
? Experience with cloud infrastructure and SCCM.
