BDR - Software Sales

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a cold calling position - all you need to do is schedule meetings, no closing required!

Responsibilities
? Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in a demo.
? Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
? Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects & stay on top of call back requests
? Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills
? Strong background in phone sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred.
? Excellent communication skills in English
? Ability to be persuasive & handle objections
? Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and techniques for lead generation.
? Ability to market products effectively while understanding customer needs.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 ? 40 per week
