Responsibilities
? Utilize agency provided leads and source new clients through networking to generate life and health sales.

? Work with agency partners to identify and offer suitable life and health insurance solutions to prospective clients.

? Utilize agency management system and carrier quoting tool to provide tailored solutions for each client.

? Make compelling sales presentations to effectively close sales with clients.

? Establish long-term relationships with clients and reassess their policy needs throughout different life stages.

? Host company-sponsored seminars to educate members and non-members on company products and services.
,
? Assist clients through the application process, issue quotes, and maintain client records in the agency CRM system.

? Focus on continuing education and professional development, staying informed of relevant insurance sales products and practices.

Requirements
? Must hold an active Life/Health Insurance License for the State of MN.

? High School diploma or equivalent.

? Minimum of two years insurance agency experience.

? Proven sales experience.
