- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit and manage self-funded benefits billing and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist in processing payroll and auditing payroll discrepancies
- Maintain employee benefits filing systems and support open enrollment processes
- Collaborate with third-party benefits administrators and assist employees with benefits inquiries
- Conduct compliance testing and reporting related to payroll and benefits
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll/benefits experience in a team environment
- Strong auditing skills in payroll and benefits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree in HR/Business Administration or a relevant field
- Experience with enterprise-level software, particularly UKG and AdminaHealth
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and online platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Preferred time zone: Central or Pacific
