EAP Employee Assistance Consultant

We understand that a successful EAP employee assistance consultant needs to be a highly-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs and the ability to provide confidential consultation and guidance to our employees.We are seeking a professional with at least a Bachelor?s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, as well as experience in providing counseling and crisis intervention services. The successful candidate should also have a deep understanding of the dynamics of the workplace and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Responsibilities of an EAP Employee Assistance Consultant:
Provide confidential consultation and guidance to employees in need.
Remain composed and professional in stressful workplace situations.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
Effectively manage and respond to employee inquiries related to EAPs.
Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Create detailed reports related to EAPs and employee interactions.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with applicable laws.
Develop and deliver training on EAPs for employees.
Collaborate with HR to ensure proper implementation of EAPs.
