What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 5 years of executive search experience
? Proven ability to partner with clients to assess their hiring needs
? Strong skills in devising and executing targeted research strategies
? Experience in negotiating and finalizing hiring agreements
? Ability to maintain confidentiality in all recruitment activities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience specifically recruiting sales executives or tech executives in the SaaS industry
? A strong network within the technology sector that can be leveraged for candidate sourcing
