Provide operational support to various business units across the bank.
Conduct regular analysis of business unit operations and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations for business unit performance improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators for assigned business units.
Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective communication and execution of business unit initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on banking operations and provide guidance and support to business unit leaders and team members.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of business unit processes and procedures.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline processes within business units.
Participate in training and development programs to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge-sharing.
