The Spanish Call Center Banker position at Aryan Solutions PTE. In this role, the banker will engage with clients to build and deepen relationships, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services. This includes selling and fulfilling various banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans. The banker will also be responsible for quoting rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions, while managing risk in every transaction by leveraging available tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive.
Responsibilities
? Works with clients to build and deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
