Using these skills will empower you to lead clients through their loan package submission in a timely, friendly and efficient way while also coordinating with the processing and underwriting teams to ensure a seamless and streamlined experience for clients and their real estate agents.
What You'll Do:
? Leveraging referrals from our partner agents, you will build long term relationships
? Utilize CRM to manage lead pipeline hitting conversion metrics from prospect to close
? Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their financial goals and challenges
? Recommend loan products to fit their goals and our lending guidelines
? Maintain a current knowledge of our loan products and regulations
? Gain a thorough understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
? Work with the client, processors, underwriters and operations team to expedite the process and ensure a smooth and timely closing
? Utilize professional and practical judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good credit opportunities for the organization, and which are high risk.
Skills You Have:
? 1-2 years of mortgage lending experience.
? Currently licensed under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or willing to become licensed.
? Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
? Enjoys working with people and providing stellar client experience.
? Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
? Experience as a buyer of real property is helpful.
? Bachelor's degree in Business preferred but not required.
Pay: 18 per hour plus per file bonus.
