Peloton Interactive, Inc. seeks Manager, Software Quality Assurance in New York, NY:

Job Duties:

Spearhead the testing of the end to end ecommerce experience for our fitness products within a vibrant, fast-paced, and deeply collaborative team setting.

Collaborate closely with product, design, content, and development teams. Implement a performance-based culture by setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and recognizing achievements.

Encourage continuous learning and improvement through training and mentorship opportunities.

Foster strong collaboration with Design, Product, Program Management, and UX teams to align testing efforts with roadmap objectives.

Regularly participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and identify dependencies.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and impact of the team's output on customer engagement.

Regularly track and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Encourage the adoption of shift-left automation practices by implementing test design patterns and leveraging commercial off-the-shelf tools.

Provide training and resources to empower team members to automate repetitive tasks and increase engineering efficiency.
Identify and address blockers across engineering, design, and product management to ensure smooth project execution.

Facilitate communication and collaboration to mitigate delays and meet project deadlines.

Allocate and manage workload balance among team members based on their strengths, skills, and availability.

Regularly monitor workload and adjust assignments as needed to maintain productivity and prevent burnout.

Evaluate the costs and requirements of new projects and coordinate testing schedules with project schedules to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.

Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the organization.

Encourage team members to share ideas, raise concerns, and provide feedback to promote transparency and innovation.

Maintain regular and timely communication with senior management and executive-level partners to provide updates on the team's progress, challenges, and successes.

Ensure delivery against department goals and objectives by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and taking proactive measures to address issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders to adjust priorities and resources as needed to meet commitments.

Stay updated on trends and developments in quality management and continuously improve internal quality practices.

Implement best practices and lessons learned from industry standards and benchmarks.

Identify and introduce software tools, systems, methods, and equipment that can improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

Evaluate the effectiveness of new tools and methods and provide training to ensure successful adoption by the team.

Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Peloton offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Ranorex, (2) C#, (3) Java, (4) Selenium, (5) Cucumber, (6) Fiddler, (7) Charles, (8) Git, and (9) SVN. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.

Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Peloton offices may be required.

Salary: $182,957.00 - $204,626.00 per annum.
