What We Need
The Clinical Quality Auditor will report directly to the Director, Quality Management. The Clinical Quality Auditor is responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet the required quality and clinical standards. The Clinical Quality Auditor plays a crucial role in maintaining high-quality care in the provision of medical equipment, ensuring patient safety, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within clinical and operational teams.
What You Will Do
? Perform internal audits of DMEPOS products and services to ensure adherence to quality standards, company policies and procedures, client specifications and regulatory and accreditation requirements.
? Identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
? Review patient care plans, medical records, and product usage to assess the clinical appropriateness of DMEPOS items and services.
? Evaluate the quality of patient outcomes associated with the use of DMEPOS products and ensure adherence to safety protocols and care guidelines.
? Generate and maintain audit reports, presenting findings to management and making recommendations for process improvements.
? Provide regular feedback to the quality management and operations teams to improve DMEPOS processes and product offerings.
? Assist in the development, enhancement and delivery of training materials related to quality standards for DMEPOS.
? Act as a resource for staff questions regarding quality-related processes and procedures.
? Assist with investigating, root cause analysis and resolution of risks related to grievances, service delivery, patient safety and quality of care within the DMEPOS environment.
What You Need

? Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LPN, RRT, CRT or other clinical certifications) required.
? Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Studies, or related field preferred.
? Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare, DMEPOS, or medical device environment.
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality auditing or compliance within a healthcare, DMEPOS, or medical device environment, preferred.
? Knowledge of DMEPOS regulations and industry standards, such as CMS guidelines, FDA regulations, ACHC, BOC and ISO certifications.
? Experience with quality management systems (QMS), auditing software, and data analysis tools.
? Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
? Demonstrate organizational skills
? Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
? Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving
? Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
