Mindoula is seeking a Program Director, based in Memphis, Tennessee to lead our fast-growing team and launch our new program. We seek someone who drives the execution and high performance of programs all the way from operational design to implementation and through program management to outcomes.

We are seeking a Director who enjoys the player/coach leadership philosophy and someone who thrives on building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

As a Program Director, you?ll work with our team to deliver a successful Population Health program(s) for; stakeholders, members, our health plan partners, and Mindoula. You?ll have the opportunity to attract, train, and motivate a talented team. You?ll lead the execution and implementation of program design and delivery, including all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements. As a Director, you?ll plan, set, and deliver on business goals and objectives. You?ll also provide clinical oversight to your team, to ensure that all interventions, interactions, and services delivered are appropriate. How you?ll contribute;
? Coach and mentor all members of the team to deliver excellent case management service with a goal of high-quality engagement for all members, ultimately improving lives, ensuring quality delivery and reducing total cost of care across the cohort.
? Understand contractual obligations to the health care plan partner, in full, and ensure that all are met successfully at all stages of program implementation and delivery.
? For new programs, create a plan to implement the program, in partnership with other members of the Population Health team. Ensure it is scalable and sustainable, and then deliver. Problem solve as needed throughout the implementation to ensure all issues are resolved, goals are met and health plan partners are satisfied.
? Deliver against monthly and quarterly enrollment objectives through SMART metrics and KPI?s, implement improvements as needed to meet targets.
? Ensure all team members know how to perform the core functions of their job, including onboarding members, being an excellent case manager, and utilizing the internal system to monitor their assigned members to maximize engagement and improve outcomes.
? Lead case review sessions with the team to guide and model the type of hand-on and ?boots on the ground? engagement with our members that will deliver outcomes for both members and health plan partners.
? Provide subject matter expertise on state-specific population health issues, community-based organizations, and resources available for members.
? Ensure members have the appropriate diagnosis codes if we are contracted as a provider.
? Collect and synthesize data that highlights member outcomes to support team training, improve high-quality engagement, deepen internal understanding across markets, strengthen relationships with our partners, and enable us to continually drive toward results.
? Manage and report out on operational budgets for the program and partner with the leadership team to ensure delivery within or below approved limits.
? Partner with our finance team to understand billing and ensure it matches market expectations and investigate discrepancies.
? Partner with Talent Acquisition and People team to hire, coach and mentor an exceptional team and to drive success in training, partnering with colleagues to close any gaps, locally and nationally, driving toward excellence.
? Ensure strict compliance to all local, state, federal laws, rules of the health plan. Seek training opportunities for the team, partner with compliance as needed/requested, audit as required.

What will make you successful;
? A Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) holding one of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Professional Counselor (CPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or PsyD), or equivalent.
? Masters degree in the behavioral health field, health care, and population health from an accredited university.
? Certified Case Manager (CCM) strongly preferred.
? 10+ years of experience.
? Solution Driven

? Consult with health-plan, community agencies, hospitals, etc. to ensure the team has the resources necessary to address all member needs.
? Proactively assess challenges and initiate solutions.

? Hands-on leader
? Engaging with colleagues, members, and community organizations.
? Passion about the behavioral healthcare space, and making improvements to it, is non-negotiable.

Location: Remote from home, you must live near or within 60 miles of Memphis, Tennessee
