Are you an experienced Keller Williams Real Estate Agent or Transaction Coordinator looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility and room for growth? Our fast-paced team is looking for an assistant to manage transactions in our absence, as well as help with certain projects.
Responsibilities:
- Stay on top of current transactions
- Write contracts as needed
- Send listing paperwork if needed
- Check emails
- Answer calls and texts from Jodi Avery
- Provide administrative assistance as required
Requirements:
- Experience as a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent or Transaction Coordinator
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Google Docs/ Excel
- Flexible availability to cover occasional absences
