- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to present products and services
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and cross-sell additional products
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
- Provide timely and accurate sales reporting as required
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
- Minimum of two (2) years of commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales experience
- Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related outside sales
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
