    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and pursue new leads and clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to present products and services
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and cross-sell additional products
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting as required
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
  • Minimum of two (2) years of commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales experience
  • Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related outside sales
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
  • Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
