About the position

Responsibilities
? Lead development efforts and drive adoption of technology solutions.

? Interface with business partners to design and implement software solutions.

? Provide guidance on software architecture and design decisions.

? Manage development projects through all phases including inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation.

? Perform development using HCA standards and maintain code control through tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

? Complete unit testing and participate in peer/code reviews.

? Provide advanced software development troubleshooting to other development teams.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

? 7+ years of experience with software architecture and delivery.

? Proven leadership experience.

? Experience using Google Cloud and its architecture.

? Familiarity with Dialogflow CX or other conversational technologies.

Nice-to-haves
? Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio, GitHub, and various programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, JavaScript, and Node.js.
