Requirements
? Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics, systems testing, product support, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

? Professional experience with ad-hoc query tools and data repositories for data extraction and manipulation.

? 1+ years of problem analysis and process experience.

? Experience working directly with technical developers and end users.

? Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

? Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
