100% REMOTE: Part-Time HR/Payroll/Accounting Specialist

Premier Plastic Surgery Partners LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a part-time HR/Payroll/Accounting Specialist position. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to human resources, payroll processing, and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of confidential information.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities: ? Human Resources: ? Partner with our PEO to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations ? Verify and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. ? Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. ? Support HR initiatives, such as performance reviews and training programs. ? Answer employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. ? Payroll: ? Administer all aspects of payroll, from data entry and calculations to incorporating manual adjustments for accurate employee pay ? Maintain payroll records and documentation. ? Accounting: ? Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. ? Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, address changes and W9 information ? Assist with month-end closing activities. ? Assist with audits and other financial reviews. ? Extract monthly reports from the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications: ? Proven experience in HR, payroll, and accounting, preferably in a small to medium-sized business environment. ? Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations. ? Experience and proficiency in ADP TotalSource payroll software, Bill.com AP/AR software and NexTech EMR system ? Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. ? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality.
