The Mortgage Lead Call Specialist Representative at Tag Lending Group is a full-time role focused on engaging with clients and potential customers through inbound and outbound calls. This position leverages advanced AI technology to assist clients with their mortgage needs, providing accurate information and building strong relationships in a high-call volume environment. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and proactive outreach to expand the client base, while ensuring compliance with mortgage processes and requirements.

Responsibilities
? Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients nationwide.

? Provide accurate and helpful information regarding mortgage products and services.

? Build rapport with clients by actively listening and addressing their needs.
,
? Assist clients in navigating their mortgage inquiries, offering solutions and options.
,
? Collaborate with sales and loan officer teams to ensure smooth communication.
,
? Maintain client information and follow up on leads using our advanced CRM system.
,
? Proactively contribute to the growth of the business through excellent customer service.
,
? Follow company-specific playbooks and weekly schedules.
,
? Engage with clients to determine the best mortgage products, lock the loan at the point of sale, and submit preliminary paperless loan packages.

? Ensure compliance with 14-day close requirements and stipulations.

? Manage Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and other loan types effectively.

Requirements
? Current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
,
? Minimum two years of sales experience and at least two years as a Mortgage Loan Originator or related experience.
,
? For newly licensed applicants, a minimum of five years of sales experience is required with a willingness to undergo a month of training.
,
? Flexibility to work approximately 40-45 hours per week.
,
? Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
,
? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
,
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment.

? Experience in a call center or customer service role (mortgage or finance experience is a plus).

? Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a positive client experience.

? A basic understanding of mortgage terms and products is an advantage.
