Key Responsibilities
? Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of mortgage professionals to achieve branch sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
? Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase market share in multiple states.
? Sales Production: Actively originate and close mortgage loans, maintaining personal production goals while supporting your team.
? Compliance: Ensure all branch activities comply with federal and state regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
? Performance Monitoring: Track and report on branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
? Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless mortgage process for clients.
Qualifications
? Licensing: Must be actively licensed in multiple states and have held licenses for at least 2 of the last 4 years.
? Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
? Remote Work: Proven ability to effectively manage a team and achieve goals in a virtual work environment.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
? Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
