In this role, you will receive qualified leads of engaged potential customers who have already been provided with a solar proposal, including detailed specifications and pricing. Proposals are priced 10%-20% below the market average, include top-tier materials and tailored financing options, and are performed by top-rated local installers. We pride ourselves on delivering transparent and honest high-quality solar solutions that are accessible and affordable to a broad range of customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist these customers with any questions they may have and to help them close the deal efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: ? Engage with assigned leads within one business day to maintain a high level of customer service. ? Address customer questions and concerns, providing expert guidance on solar solutions. ? Facilitate the closing process, ensuring customers understand the value of our offerings and the tailored financing options available. ? Maintain a strong closing ratio to remain in the program, with a rating mechanism in place to allocate more leads to top performers. ? Adhere to high standards of communication and customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of Rhino.
Required Qualifications: ? Minimum of 2 years of solar sales experience. ? Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based role.
Compensation:
You do not pay for leads. This position is success-based, with compensation provided to you per deal closed. High performers will have access to more leads and greater earning potential.
Location:
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our customers across various regions. We may assign you
