Job Overview
As a Florida Mortgage Loan Originator, you will serve as a vital resource for home buyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors in achieving their financial objectives related to homeownership and property investment. You will be instrumental in navigating clients through the entire mortgage process, from application initiation to final approval, while providing astute guidance on an extensive array of loan products tailored to meet their unique financial situations.
Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate closely with potential home buyers, existing homeowners, and real estate investors to understand and assess their mortgage financing requirements.
? Evaluate loan applications and perform comprehensive underwriting assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
? Offer informed advice on a variety of loan products, empowering clients to make knowledgeable decisions that align with their needs.
? Facilitate clients through the entire loan origination journey, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from beginning to end.
? Keep abreast of the latest trends, products, and regulations in the mortgage industry to deliver expert recommendations.
? Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the loan process.
? Build and maintain positive, enduring relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
Required Skills
? Profound understanding of underwriting processes, standards, and guidelines.
? Demonstrated experience in loan origination and mortgage lending with a focus on exceptional customer service.
? Proficiency in analyzing loan applications and evaluating borrower eligibility.
? In-depth knowledge of various loan products, including FHA, VA, conventional, and other mortgage offerings.
? Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.

? Capability to work independently and manage remote workloads effectively.
? Strong organizational skills with a capacity to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
? Must possess or be eligible for an MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio.
Qualifications

? Bachelor?s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
