Summary/Objective

Growing Texas811 revenue by closing new clients and expanding existing relationships by identifying qualified prospect companies and associated decision-makers, qualifying a fit with our capabilities and facilitating a win-win sales process. This will ensure Texas811 meets its revenue goals and delivers on the Texas811 mission.

Essential Functions

? The primary focus of the Member Solutions Consultant is to drive sales to increase revenue and ensure member and mission success.
? Conduct discovery and prospecting to identify new qualified prospects and associated decision-makers
? Develop relationships and contact key personnel with qualified prospect companies
? Develop projected cost avoidance proposals and other items to help increase success of the sale
? Identify the qualities of each ancillary service and understand when to strategically offer it
? Work directly with Marketing and Damage Prevention Managers on lead generating activities
? Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers
? Manage a TML budget and make appropriate decisions to ensure positive ROI for all activities
? Develop proposals and agreements for new potential customers
? Capture communication in the company CRM and utilize the sales pipeline function to ensure transparency
? Present solutions to stakeholders through industry events, webinars, publications, or through existing Texas811 marketing channels
? Bring on/close new business with all ancillary services.
? Bring on new Class B members
? Assist new customers/members with the sign-up process
? Onboarding new members and ensure satisfaction of services offered
? Continuously maintain pleasant yet professional rapport with customers and members
? Support the development of annual sales strategies

Travel

This position requires the ability to conduct business travel as needed, which may include frequent travel outside the local area and overnight.

Required Education and Experience
? 3-5 years of sales experience (B2B sales experience highly preferred)
? Associates degree preferred
? Basic knowledge of the One-Call system
? Prior experience with CRM use
