IT Operational Analyst (Healthcare/Dental Preferred)

This role involves identifying technical deficiencies in IT systems, gathering business requirements, and working with IT teams to implement and optimize solutions. The IT Operational Analyst also provides support for ongoing IT operations, ensuring the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Job Summary Details:
? Act as the primary point of communication between business units and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements.
? Work with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated to IT teams.
? Analyze existing IT systems to identify technical deficiencies, performance issues, or areas for improvement.
? Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions that address technical deficiencies and improve system performance.
? Understand and apply knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes, API processes, and web applications in troubleshooting and implementing solutions.
? Provide support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues in IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
? Maintain detailed documentation of system deficiencies, solutions implemented, and process changes.
? Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, system improvements, and issue resolutions.
? Continuously seek opportunities to enhance IT systems and processes through feedback and technological advancements.
Education/Experience:
? Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Minimum Experience Comments 2 in an IT operational role, with a focus on business analysis and systems improvement.
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and address technical deficiencies.
? Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
? Proficiency in business analysis tools, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise between business and IT teams.
? Strong understanding of IT systems and the ability to perform in-depth analysis of technical processes.
? Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
