Description:
? Lead financial planning efforts, including Forecasts, Annual Operating Planning (AOP), and Long-Range Planning (LRP).
? Establish and communicate the annual calendar for planning cycles.
? Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the planning cycles.
? Present and propose plans to the Beigene CFO.
? Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling.
? Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow.
? Responsible for forecasting stock-based compensation.
? Handle ad-hoc projects as they arise.
? Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team.
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. ? MBA is desirable ? 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. ? Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. ? Corporate Finance experience is preferred. ? Experience as a Finance business partner (Commercial, R&D, or G&A) is a plus. ? Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. ? People management experience is required. ? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
