Description:
? Manage month-end close for assigned Business Units
? Oversee P&L, Balance Sheet, and variance analysis for assigned Business Units
? Post accruals and non-standard journal entries as needed
? Support the integration of newly acquired companies
? Implement and monitor internal controls
? Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing accounting efficiencies
? Assist with the year-end audit
? Collaborate with Business Units and finance partners
? Participate in special accounting and finance projects
Requirements: ? Accounting or Finance degree or comparable experience required ? 4-6 years work experience in corporate accounting ? CPA candidate preferred ? Corporate month-end close process experience ? Well versed in GAAP Accounting and investigating and resolving accounting topics ? Ability to analyze accounts and activity to identify issues ? Advanced Microsoft Skills required ? Superior interpersonal skills including effective oral and written communication ? Proven ability to focus on details and stay organized while managing multiple priorities ? Strong collaboration partner with team members and external partners ? Process focus that can solve problems and look for more efficient ways to complete tasks ? Independent worker that can complete assignments with tight deadlines ? Comfortable with a high level of change in their work as the company grows and evolves ? NetSuite experience preferred
