Your Role:
? Build strong relationships with developers, owners, and brokers.
? Pre-screen and qualify transactions for seamless underwriting and funding.

Qualifications: ? Experience in SBA or commercial real estate lending. ? Knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate market.

Recent projects include:
? $1.5M gas station portfolio in Texas.
? $2.2M stand-alone bank branch in Chicago.
? $3.6M 18-unit multifamily in San Francisco.
