Key Responsibilities
? Provide continuous remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients.
? Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
? Respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses.
? Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to best practices in eICU care.
? Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients.

Required Skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
? Proficient problem-solving skills tailored to high-pressure environments.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
? Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state.
? Current CPR/BLS certification.
? ACLS certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.
