Shift Hours: Full Time, 9:00 AM?6:00 PM

Requirements: ? Active Life Insurance License: Licensed across at least 7 states. ? Proven Sales Skills: Ability to close efficiently with excellent communication skills. ? Integrity and Empathy: A customer-first mindset with a commitment to ethical practices.

Compensation
? Pure commission-based earnings with tiered potential:
? * New Agents: 30?35% per sale (~$150?$225).
? Experienced Agents: After 200 sales, earn 45% + 2% renewals.
? Top Performers: After 500 sales, earn 60% + 3% renewals.
? Commissions include the first 9 months of premiums.
