About the position

During your time in the Leadership Development Program - Patient Experience, you will receive comprehensive classroom and field training designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in patient experience responsibilities. This program prepares you to function competently as a leader within the Customer Services Organization (CSO) at Parallon, HCA Healthcare. The CSO is responsible for managing various telephonic patient interactions that occur before, during, and after treatment. These interactions may include patient scheduling, insurance verification, patient triage, collections, billing, and collaboration with insurance companies, including Medicaid eligibility. The program emphasizes the importance of effective communication and customer service in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities
? Receive classroom and field training for patient experience responsibilities.

? Prepare to function competently as a leader in the Customer Services Organization (CSO).

? Manage telephonic patient interactions including scheduling, insurance verification, and billing.

? Collaborate with insurance companies and assist with Medicaid eligibility.

? Enhance patient experiences through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements
? 12-24 month commitment to the LEAD Program.

? BS or BA degree required (or within 6 months of completion).
,
? Preferred degrees include Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, and Hospitality.

? MBA degree preferred.
,
? Overall GPA must be a minimum of 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable).

? Experience in healthcare, customer service, helpdesk, or finance is preferred.
