Credit Repair Closer ( EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)
Posted 2025-03-14My company is hiring for 3 phone sales reps to close inbound leads.
We help fix people?s credit quickly and permanently and unlike 90% of the industry, our program actually works. We have a wall of social proof from previous clients.
Basic numbers:: $500+ Average sales cycle: 1-2 days. Most of our calls are one call closes. Our current close rate is hovering around 40%, looking to increase that to 60%+ Compensation: 10-15% percentage of all deals closed starting. 20%+ after hitting certain KPIs. Uncapped commissions.
About the role: You?d be responsible for calling, closing and/or nurturing anywhere between 5-10 inbound contacts every day. Customer journey: Facebook ad with a free consultation offer-> Qualification & information capture form -> phone call. You?ll be using GHL with a baked-in dialer as your CRM.
WHO SHOULD APPLY FOR THIS ROLE: Must haves: ? A proven, demonstrable track record of closing high ticket ($1,000+) contracts in the B2C space selling biz-op coaching, insurance, solar, online programs, etc. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF GENERATED PIPELINE so have it handy. ? Understanding of sales psychology fundamentals when it comes to creating outsized value in the sale, detecting obstacles before they become objections, handling objections (pricing, timing, etc), tonality and pacing, building rapport, etc.). Basically, being a confident closer. ? Maintaining your quota in your past role/s and/or a good reason for missing quota (i.e. extremely unrealistic standards, organizational dissaray, sales leader ineptitude).
Consistency with DTD activities such as attending team meetings on time, submitting your admin work, reviewing your call recordings with the sales leader. ? Having the scruples to identify inefficiencies in our sales process and bringing any issues to our attention so we can improve collectively. Nice to have: ? HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience in the credit repair space/ a deep understanding of how the credit system, how it works, how it affects consumers, pain points associated with having lackluster credit. ? Consistent track record with one-call closes
