Responsibilities: ? Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database ? Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products ? Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention ? Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed. ? Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance. ? Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
