Our B2C Sales and Service team is central to accomplishing this mission and delivering the Zillow promise to our customers. This team of sales and service professionals are tasked with making sure the journey for our customer is simple, joyful and successful. It sounds easy, but the complexity of the home buying and selling journey requires this team to be interpersonally exceptional, product experts, and operationally excellent all at the same time. We are looking for an Executive level leader to bring this team forward and lead the next phase of Zillow's growth.
About the Role
Zillow's B2C Sales and Services team is looking for a high energy, low ego business leader, a motivating mentor, and trusted collaborator with leaders across multiple lines of business.

Who You Are
The voice of the customer, a leader of large scale, high performing transactional sales and support teams, in the B2C/Prosumer space. A change management leader, an influencer, an insights grounded storyteller, comfortable with tackling difficult business challenges. Deep skills in full-funnel measurement and analysis, including awareness, engagement, consideration, trial and conversion. A humble change-agent who values teamwork, cross pollination, driving clarity and building consensus. You've led large teams through rapid growth, while prioritizing and investing in the development of the leaders we need for today, and tomorrow.
Qualifications
? Experienced in multi-step customer journeys, with both online and offline elements, ideally including agent interactions.
? Possibilities include real estate, insurance, and auto sales.
Salary and Benefits
In Colorado, the standard pay range for this role is $216,000.00 - $324,000.00 Annually. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions.
