Key Responsibilities: ? Must possess an advanced degree of product knowledge and understanding of laws and Federal regulations and changes related to all Delta Dental of Kansas and Surency products, with a strong focus on COBRA and Consumer Directed Health products (?Flex? products such as FSA, DCFSA, LPFSA, AAFSA, LFSA, HSA, HRA, Parking, Commuter, and Transit Benefits, etc.) and administration. This includes but is not limited to IRS regulations and the components required to build these plan benefits within our operations system(s). ? Responsible for working directly with all departments within the company to ensure client requests are met and a high level of service is consistently provided. Will provide support to Sales Team as needed regarding the implementation and onboarding of COBRA and Flex groups, as well as for existing business and the management of new account relationships. ? Assists the Sales Team with service calls to provide information, answer questions, solve problems and recommend solutions. Will communicate directly with clients, beneficiaries and brokers regarding COBRA and Flex administration as necessary. ? Duties associated with COBRA administration include but are not limited to sending COBRA notices & letters; posting payments; processing status changes; updating appropriate system(s) with rate, plan, division and other plan information, department & brokers; setting up new clients and establishing eligibility connections to carriers as needed; processing COBRA communications within established timeframes; completing open enrollment and onboarding processes timely and accurately; maintaining records regarding notifications, payments and customer/client interactions; handling reporting processes for groups; reconciling enrollments, charges and payments; overseeing the day-to-day emails/faxes/mail and related tasks regarding Surency COBRA support; and assisting with answering COBRA questions from consumers and groups as needed. ? Duties associated with Flex administration include but are not limited to assisting with the new group setup and renewal process; creating and processing import files; completing group change requests; overseeing day-to-day emails/faxes/mail and related tasks regarding Surency Flex Eligibility and Group Administration; and monitoring and completing tasks associated with the Identity Verification (?IDV?) process. ? Must reside in one of the following states: Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Colorado, or South Dakota.

Requirements: ? High school diploma required, two years of business school or college preferred. ? Subject matter experience and expertise required for COBRA and Flex products. ? Error rate of 5% or less. ? Multi-tasking and in-depth problem-solving skills required. ? Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required. ? Strong written and professional verbal communication skills required. ? Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are required. ? Possess a strong working knowledge of software systems.
